[Ingredients]
2 blocks Vitasoy beancurd
80g prawns - shelled, chopped
80g minced meat
2 water chestnut - peeled, chopped
2tbsp chopped scallion
2tbsp chopped chilli
1tbsp light soy sauce
1tsp sesame oil
1tsp hua diao jiu
1/2tsp pepper
1/2tsp salt
4 goji berry - soaked
1 stalk scallion - shredded
[Sauce]
1tbsp light soy sauce
1tbsp hua diao jiu
1tbsp water
1tbsp oyster sauce
1tsp sesame oil
[Steps]
Trim the sides of the beancurd and cut each block in half. Using a spoon, scoop out a hole in the middle.
In a large bowl, add in prawns, meat, water chestnut, scallion, chilli, light soy sauce, sesame oil, hua diao jiu, salt and pepper. Mix well and place mixture onto beancurd. Garnish with a wolf berry.
Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over beancurd. Steam for 8-10mins.
Garnish with scallion shreds.
