[Ingredients]
2kg pork shoulder
2tbsp five spice powder
2tbsp white pepper
3tbsp sugar
4tbsp light soy sauce
2tbsp dark soy sauce
3tbsp oyster sauce
3tbsp beanpaste (tau cheo)
2tbsp Chinese rice wine
8tbsp honey
[Steps]
Cut pork into strips lengthwise. Place in a rectangular dish.
Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Chill covered and let marinade overnight.
Lay them on a wire rack and roast at 180degC for 15mins.
Brush marinate sauce on meat and roast for another 15mins.
Rest meat on rack for 10mins and slice into serving slices.
