[Ingredients]
2 1kg crabs
4 ginger slices
2 stalks spring onion - cut into sections
2tbsp hua tiao jiu (Chinese cooking wine)
4tbsp red vinegar
3tbsp minced ginger
1/2tbsp chopped spring onion
1/2tbsp chopped coriander
[Steps]
Wash crabs and put into the steamer. Place ginger slices and spring onion sections on top and steam over high heat for 20mins.
Combine wine with vinegar. Add in minced ginger, chopped spring onion and coriander, mix well.
Remove crabs from steamer. Discard ginger and spring onion.
Remove impurities and serve with prepared sauce.
