[Ingredients]
2tbsp fresh oregano - chopped
2tsp sesame seed
1tsp ground cumin
1/4tsp crushed chilli flakes
1 1/2 pound salmon fillet - cut into 1inch cubes
2 lemons - thinly sliced into rounds
Cooking spray - olive oil
1tsp salt
16 bamboo skewers - soaked in water 1hr
[Steps]
Mix oregano, sesame seeds, cumin and chilli flakes together. Set aside.
Starting and ending with salmon, thread salmon and lemon slices onto 8 pairs of parallel skewers, making 8 kebabs. Spray lightly with oil and season with salt and spice mixture.
Grill over medium heat until fish is cooked thru, about 8-10mins.
