[Ingredients]

Meat:

  • 1 pound ground meat

  • 1tbsp olive oil

  • 3tbsp sugar

  • 4tbsp teriyaki sauce

Eggs:

  • 3 eggs

  • 2tbsp sugar

  • 1/2tsp salt

  • 2tbsp vegetable oil

[Steps]

  1. Pour oil into the frying pan and set over medium heat.

  2. Add the meat in and stir constantly to break it into small pieces.

  3. Add 3tbsp of water and continue to cook it until the water has been absorbed by the meat. Add soy sauce and let simmer on low heat for 5mins.

  4. Place the meat in a bowl and cover it with a sheet of plastic wrap. Set aside.

  5. In a small bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and salt together.

  6. Pour oil into the frying pan and add in the egg mixture. Stir constantly over medium heat until the eggs are small and crumbly.
