[Ingredients]
150g black glutinous rice
5 cups water
3-4 pandan leaves - tied into a knot
1pc gula melaka
Some coconut cream
[Steps]
Rinse rice grains and place it in rice cooker with leaves, gula melaka and water.
Set it to cook for 2hrs, stirring every 30mins to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
If you think it’s not sweet enough, you can add more sugar. Serve it with a dash of coconut cream.
