[Ingredients] - 8-9pcs mid-wing
- 8-10 ginger slices
- 1 can of cola (330ml)
- 2tbsp light soy sauce
- 1tbsp dark soy sauce
- Pinch of salt
- White sesame seeds - garnish
[Steps] 1. Per wing, slice 2 slits on the skin side. Add in light and dark soy sauce, and salt. Mix well and let marinate for 30mins.
2. Lay ginger slices at the bottom of rice cooker pot, followed by chicken, skin side face down.
3. Pour in remaining marinade, followed by cola - make sure it covers the chicken.
4. Press cook using normal rice mode.
5. When cooked, sprinkle sesame seeds over.
