[Ingredients]
1/2 medium fish cake - sliced
60g chives - cut into 5cm lengths
60g bean sprouts - ends removed
1/2 Chinese waxed sausage - sliced diagonally
50g fresh cockles - shelled
2tbsp pork lard
2tbsp chopped garlic
200g flat rice noodles - kway teow
50g yellow noodles
1 egg - beaten
1tbsp dark soy sauce
2tbsp sweet soy sauce
1tbsp sambal chilli
[Steps]
In a heated wok, add in pork lard, garlic, kway teow and noodles. Mix well.
Add in fish cake and sausage, toss well. Followed by dark soy sauce and sweet soy sauce, toss well.
Add in bean sprouts and chives, followed by egg. Mix well, then add in cockles and stir-fry for another 20secs.
