[Ingredients]
1kg minced meat
1/2tsp ground cinnamon
1/4tsp five spice powder
1/2tsp coriander powder
1/2tsp pepper
2tbsp light soy sauce
2tbsp fish sauce
1tbsp hua diao jiu
1 cup of sugar
1tsp dark soy sauce
Honey
[Steps]
In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Spread mixture thinly over two parchment paper-lined baking tray - using the back of the spoon to spread it out and a spatula to smooth the top.
Let marinade for 1hr.
Bake at 180degC for 20-30mins. Once done, cut pork into square slices.
Grill over charcoal fire, brushing with honey, 2mins on each side.
