[Ingredients]
195g M&S large all butter sweet pastry case
312g jar Tiptree lemon curd
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 beaten egg
2tbsp creme fraiche
Icing sugar - for dusting
[Steps]
Preheat oven 170degC.
In a large bowl, mix lemon curd, lemon zest, lemon juice, egg and creme fraiche together.
Place pastry case on a baking tray, then pour lemon mixture in. Bake in center of oven for 20 to 25mins until it is set and feels springy in the center.
Leave tart to cool, then chill in fridge for 1.5hrs.
Dust icing sugar on and serve with creme fraiche or thick cream.
