[Ingredients]
250g mascarpone
330g chocolate-hazelnut spread
1tbsp instant coffee granules
375ml single cream
[Steps]
Place mascarpone and chocolate-hazelnut spread in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Place coffee and cream in a bowl and whisk till soft peaks.
Add mascarpone mixture in and whisk for 30secs till stiff peaks.
Spoon mixture into 4 375ml bowls and chill for at least 30mins.
