Onigiri Rice Ball

  1. Loosely cover the top of a mug with a piece of plastic wrap.

  2. Sprinkle a pinch of salt in and add a handful of cooked rice.

  3. Pick up the ends of the plastic wrap, twist and seal it up. Pack the rice into a triangular shape by forming a 'V' using your fingers.

  4. Cut the nori into 1-inch strips and wrap a slice around the bottom so that you can hold the onigiri without touching the sticky rice.
