Mashed Potato

[Ingredients]

  • 1 peeled potato

  • 100ml cream

  • 20g butter

  • Pinch of nutmeg

  • Salt and pepper

[Steps]

  1. Boil potato until cooked. Drain.

  2. Mash potato thru a sieve into a pan.

  3. Heating it occasionally, add in cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir well, lastly add in butter.

*Over-heating the potato will cause it to turn rubbery - texture similar to playdoh.

*Adding the butter last will give the potato a glossy finish.
