[Ingredients]
500g clams (lala)
1 stalk spring onion
2 red chilies
1tbsp minced garlic
3tbsp chili sauce
Sugar
Salt
Pepper
100ml water
[Steps]
Rinse clams and salt them in salt water to remove dirt.
Rinse spring onion and cut into sections.
Cut chili into shreds.
Heat 2tbsp of oil in a wok. Fry garlic and white portions of spring onion until fragrant.
Add clams, pepper, chili sauce, sugar, salt and water. Stir fry evenly. Let simmer covered for 2mins.
Remove from heat and garnish with spring onion.
