[Ingredients]
200g frozen prawns
Cayenne pepper
1 fresh lime
2tbsp tomato sauce
1 large ripe avocado
Shredded lettuce
[Steps]
Cook prawns and cool them in a bowl of ice water.
In a bowl, add prawns, a pinch of cayenne and some seasoning. Add juice from 1/2 lime with tomato sauce. Stir everything together.
In a glass, place lettuce at the bottom, followed by avocado chunks and then the prawns. Sprinkle cayenne on top and serve with 1/8 lime wedge.
