Prawn and Avocado Salad


[Ingredients]

  • 200g frozen prawns

  • Cayenne pepper

  • 1 fresh lime

  • 2tbsp tomato sauce

  • 1 large ripe avocado

  • Shredded lettuce

[Steps]

  1. Cook prawns and cool them in a bowl of ice water.

  2. In a bowl, add prawns, a pinch of cayenne and some seasoning. Add juice from 1/2 lime with tomato sauce. Stir everything together.

  3. In a glass, place lettuce at the bottom, followed by avocado chunks and then the prawns. Sprinkle cayenne on top and serve with 1/8 lime wedge.
