[Ingredients]
250g frozen big prawns
1 peeled and quartered large onion
1 clove peeled garlic
1 green capsicum
1tbsp olive oil
350g jar Dress Italian tomato sauce with red pepper and chili
150ml dry white wine
2 finely chopped spring onion
[Steps]
Chop onion and garlic together in a blender. Slice capsicum into strips.
Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat, add chopped onion-garlic and capsicum. Move them around for 5mins until they begin to soften and colour.
Add prawns and stir fry for 5mins until they turned pink. Pour tomato sauce into pan. Shake white wine in the empty sauce jar (with lid on) to catch any leftover tomato bits. Pour wine into pan. Add some seasoning.
Bring to boil, stirring and turn heat down to lowest. Allow to simmer for 5mins. Scatter spring onion over. Serve with pasta, rice or noodles.
