Assam Prawn

[Ingredients]

  • 12 medium prawns

  • 30g assam paste

  • 1/2tbsp sugar

  • Salt

[Steps]

  1. Trim sharp ends and feelers of prawns then rinse.

  2. Mix assam paste with 50ml of water and then strain to get assam water. Set aside.

  3. Heat 2tbsp of oil in the wok. Pan fry prawns, then add in assam water.

  4. Add sugar and salt and stir fry until sauce has thickened. Remove from heat.
