[Ingredients]
400g white fish fillet
3/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
12 to 14 6" x 4" napa cabbage leaves
Salt and pepper
[Garnish]
20g blanched red capsicum
20g blanched yellow capsicum
10g blanched oyster mushrooms
[Steps]
Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water for 30 to 40secs and soak in ice water. Drain and set aside.
Mince fish into a paste using a fork. Add water chestnut and season well.
Place 2tbsp of fish paste on each cabbage leaf and roll it up. Steam for 8 to 12mins.
Garnish with capsicum and mushroom.
