[Ingredients]
1 600g white pomfret
Salted vegetables
1 red chili
1 stalk spring onion
1 small piece fatty pork
1 tomato
1 stalk coriander
1 salted plum
20g shredded ginger
1 1/2tbsp light soy sauce + 1tbsp cooked oil + 1tbsp water - mixed together
[Steps]
Clean pomfret and make two slits on each side of the body.
Cut salted vege, chili, spring onion and pork into shreds.
Cut tomato into 8 wedges.
Rinse coriander and cut into sections.
Lay fish on a steaming plate and surround it with all the ingredients except spring onion and coriander. Drizzle seasoning over.
Steam for 8mins over high heat. Remove from heat and garnish with spring onion and coriander.
