[Ingredients]
1.3lb lean ground turkey
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp cumin
1tsp salt
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp paprika
1/2tsp oregano
1/2 small onion - minced
2tbsp green capsicum - minced
3/4cup water
4oz canned tomato sauce + extra
8 large iceberg lettuce leaves
Chopped spring onion
Cream cheese
[Steps]
Brown turkey until it's no longer pink. Add in garlic powder, cumin, salt, paprika, oregano and capsicum, mix well.
Add in onion, pepper, water and tomato sauce. Simmer covered on low heat for 20mins.
Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Place meat in the center and topped with tomatoes, cheese and spring onion.
