Grilled Pork Chop

[Ingredients]

  • 4 100g boneless pork chop

  • 1tbsp five spice powder

  • 1 1/2tsp salt

  • 1/2tsp ground black pepper

  • 1/2tsp roasted and ground sichuan peppercorn

  • 1/2tsp madras curry powder

  • 1tsp dried thyme

  • 1/2tsp cumin powder

[Steps]

  1. Lay chops on a large plate/tray.

  2. Combine all the ingredients well in a bowl and sprinkle half of it on each side of the chops. Let sit in a cool place for 1hr.

  3. Preheat oven grill to high and grill chops on each side for 8mins.

  4. Transfer to a plate and let sit for 8mins before serving.
