[Ingredients]
4 100g boneless pork chop
1tbsp five spice powder
1 1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp ground black pepper
1/2tsp roasted and ground sichuan peppercorn
1/2tsp madras curry powder
1tsp dried thyme
1/2tsp cumin powder
[Steps]
Lay chops on a large plate/tray.
Combine all the ingredients well in a bowl and sprinkle half of it on each side of the chops. Let sit in a cool place for 1hr.
Preheat oven grill to high and grill chops on each side for 8mins.
Transfer to a plate and let sit for 8mins before serving.
