Strawberry Candied Bacon

[Ingredients]

  • 450g bacon

  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

  • 2tbsp brown sugar

[Steps]

  1. Preheat oven 175degC. Line a baking tray with foil. Place a wire rack on top so that excess fat will drip down to the tray.

  2. Coat bacon with jam and sprinkle sugar over.

  3. Bake for 15-20mins until crispy and let cool and drain on paper towels.
