[Ingredients]
450g bacon
1/4 cup strawberry jam
2tbsp brown sugar
[Steps]
Preheat oven 175degC. Line a baking tray with foil. Place a wire rack on top so that excess fat will drip down to the tray.
Coat bacon with jam and sprinkle sugar over.
Bake for 15-20mins until crispy and let cool and drain on paper towels.
