Ginger Pork

[Ingredients]

  • 90g thinly sliced pork

  • 1/2tbsp peeled and grated fresh ginger

  • 2tsp soy sauce

  • 1tsp sake

  • 1tsp mirin

  • Cooking oil for sauteing

[Steps]

  1. Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan over high heat, saute each piece of pork on each side until browned. Do not overcook meat.

  2. Remove meat from pan and wipe pan using a piece of kitchen towel.

  3. Put ginger, soy sauce, sake and mirin into pan and let it boil. Return meat to pan and coat with sauce. Place meat aside and allow to cool.
