Air-fried Thai Style Chicken


[Ingredients]

  • 2pcs chicken thigh

  • 2 garlic cloves - peeled, chopped

  • 10g ginger - peeled, chopped

  • 1 stalk lemongrass - remove outer layers, chopped

  • 1 stalk coriander - chopped

  • 1-2 chilli padi - chopped

  • 2tbsp fish sauce

  • 1/2tsp salt

  • 1tbsp brown sugar

  • Juice of 1 lime


[Steps]

  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl, mix well and let marinate for 30mins.

  2. Place chicken into airfryer basket and air-fry at 180degC for about 10mins.

  3. Slice chicken into serving slices and serve with rice.
