[Ingredients]
2pcs chicken thigh
2 garlic cloves - peeled, chopped
10g ginger - peeled, chopped
1 stalk lemongrass - remove outer layers, chopped
1 stalk coriander - chopped
1-2 chilli padi - chopped
2tbsp fish sauce
1/2tsp salt
1tbsp brown sugar
Juice of 1 lime
[Steps]
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl, mix well and let marinate for 30mins.
Place chicken into airfryer basket and air-fry at 180degC for about 10mins.
Slice chicken into serving slices and serve with rice.
