[Ingredients]
2pcs of doughstick
Sesame seeds - garnish
[Stuffing]
150g squid paste
150g fish paste
150g prawns - peeled, deveined and roughly chopped
1/4 cup carrot - peeled and chopped
1/4 cup scallions - chopped
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp pepper
3 tsp cornstarch
[Sambal Mayo]
3 parts mayonnaise
2 parts sambal
[Steps]
In a large mixing bowl, add in stuffing ingredients and mix well. Bring it up and throw back down to the bowl a few times till mixture becomes sticky - flip the bowl upside down and mixture should remain stuck to the bowl.
Chill mixture for 1hr.
Cut each doughstick into 4pcs and make a slit in the center. Add in the stuffing and sprinkle sesame seeds over.
Add them into the airfryer basket. Drizzle some oil over and airfry it at 180degC for 10mins till golden brown.
Serve them with sambal mayo.
