[Ingredients]
2pcs chicken thigh
2 garlic cloves - peeled, chopped
10g ginger - peeled, chopped
2tbsp mala paste
1tsp black vinegar
1tbsp hua diao wine
1/2tsp sesame oil
1tsp sugar
Pinch of salt
[Steps]
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl, mix well and let marinate for 30mins.
Place chicken into airfryer basket and air-fry at 180degC for about 10mins.
Slice chicken into serving slices and serve with rice.
