[Ingredients]
4 chicken legs - rinsed and pat dry, scored
2tsp red rice wine lees
2 cubes fermented beancurd
1.5tbsp oyster sauce
1tsp salt
1tsp white pepper
1.5tbsp rice wine
1.5tbsp honey
1tsp five spice powder
[Steps]
Mix everything together and let marinate for at least 4hrs or overnight.
Line air fryer basket with foil and parchment paper. Set it at 170degC.
Cook chicken for 8-10mins, flip over and brush with marinade, cook for another 8mins. Repeat this step till meat is cooked through.
