Air Fried Char Siew Chicken Leg


[Ingredients]

  • 4 chicken legs - rinsed and pat dry, scored

  • 2tsp red rice wine lees

  • 2 cubes fermented beancurd

  • 1.5tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1tsp white pepper

  • 1.5tbsp rice wine

  • 1.5tbsp honey

  • 1tsp five spice powder

[Steps]

  1. Mix everything together and let marinate for at least 4hrs or overnight.

  2. Line air fryer basket with foil and parchment paper. Set it at 170degC.

  3. Cook chicken for 8-10mins, flip over and brush with marinade, cook for another 8mins. Repeat this step till meat is cooked through.
