Steamed Pork with Shrimp Paste 虾酱蒸肉


[Ingredients] 材料

  • 200g pork shoulder, sliced 猪肩肉 200 克,切片

  • 3 bird's eye chilli, sliced 指天椒 3 条,切片

  • 1 stalk spring onion 青葱 1 条

[Others] 其他

  • 1tbsp fine shrimp paste 虾酱 1 汤匙

  • 1.5tsp sugar 糖 1.5 茶匙

  • 2tbsp water 水 2 汤匙

  • 1/2tsp corn starch 玉米粉 1/2 茶匙

[Steps] 步骤

  1. Marinate pork with shrimp paste, sugar, water and corn starch. Mix well and set aside 15mins. 猪肉与虾酱,糖,水和玉米粉拌匀,搁旁腌 15 分钟。

  2. Separate green and white parts of spring onion. Slice everything. 将葱白和葱叶分开。全部切片。

  3. Spread pork evenly onto a steaming plate. Top with chilli and white parts of spring onion. 将猪肉均匀平铺在蒸碟上,再放上指天椒和葱白。

  4. Steam over high heat for 15mins. Garnish with spring onion. 用大火蒸 15 分钟。取出,撒上葱叶。
