130ml whipping cream 奶油 130 毫升
2tsp gelatin powder 鱼胶粉 2 茶匙
2tbsp matcha powder 抹茶粉 2 汤匙

180ml milk 牛奶 180 毫升
2tbsp water 水 2 汤匙
[Steps] 步骤
Dissolve gelatin in water. 将鱼胶粉溶入水中。
Microwave milk for 40secs until warm, not boiling. 将牛奶放入微波炉加热 40 秒至温,不要煮滚
Add in matcha powder, gelatin and sugar, stir well. 加入抹茶粉,鱼胶液和糖,拌匀。
Add in cream and stir gently. 加入奶油,轻轻搅拌均匀。
Pour into dessert cups and chill for at least 1hr, or until set. 把混合料倒入甜品杯。放入冰箱冷藏至少 1 小时或至凝固。
