500g green apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced 青苹果 500 克,去皮,去芯,切薄片

Preheat oven 180degC. 预热烤箱 180 度。
Place apples in a saucepan and add in water, sugar and cinnamon. Mix well. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves, about 2mins. 将苹果放入小锅中,倒入水,糖和肉桂粉拌匀。用中火煮约 2 分钟至糖融化。
Cover and simmer until apples are just tender, about 3mins. Set aside to cool. 盖上锅盖,焖约 3 分钟至苹果刚变软。搁旁待凉。
Meanwhile, line a baking tray with parchment paper. 与此同时,在烤盘上铺上烘培纸。
Arrange apples evenly onto puff pastry. Top with another sheet of puff pastry. Using a fork, press the edges to seal. Brush top of puff pastry with beaten egg. 将苹果均匀排在方形酥皮上,再盖上另一片酥皮。用叉子按压酥皮边缘封口,然后在酥皮表面刷上蛋液。
Bake in the oven till golden brown, about 15mins. 放入烤箱烤约 15 分钟至金黄色。
