Pork Ribs Radish Soup 白萝卜排骨汤


[Ingredients] 材料

  • 450g pork ribs 排骨 450 克

  • 1 large (300g) white radish 白萝卜 1 大条(300 克)

  • 1 large dried scallops 大干贝 2 粒

[Others] 其他

  • Salt 盐

  • 6 cups (1.5L) water 6 杯(1.5 毫升)水

[Steps] 步骤

  1. In a pot, add in some water and pork ribs. Bring to a boil and remove the scum. Drain and rinse pork. 锅里放入些水和排骨。水滚后捞取浮渣。将排骨取出,沥干,然后洗净。

  2. In a large pot, add in 1.5L water, pork, radish and scallops. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer covered for at least 2hrs. 大锅里,放入 1.5 毫升水,排骨,萝卜和干杯。煮滚后,转小火,盖上盖子煮至少 2 小时。

  3. Season with salt. 以盐调味。

*You can also cook in a slow cooker at high heat for 3hrs, or in a pressure cooker for 30mins. 可放入电子砂锅用高温煮 3 小时,或放入气压锅煮 30 分钟。

*You can add some red dates to enhance the flavour of soup. 可加些红枣增加汤的味道。
