1 tube egg tofu, sliced into 10pcs 蛋豆腐 1 条,切成 10 片
80g fish paste 鱼胶 80 克
3 cloves garlic, minced 蒜 3 粒,切蓉

1/2tsp sugar 糖 1/2 茶匙
1/2tbsp oyster sauce 蚝油 1/2 汤匙
1tbsp light soy sauce 酱青 1 汤匙
1tbsp oil 油 1 汤匙
2tbsp water 水 2 汤匙
1tsp corn starch 玉米粉 1 茶匙
1 stalk spring onion, chopped 青葱 1 条,切片
[Steps] 步骤
Place about 1/2tbsp of fish paste onto each tofu slice. 每片豆腐上放上约 1/2 汤匙鱼胶。
Steam over high heat for 5min. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. 以大火蒸 5 分钟。蒸的同时准备酱汁。
In a bowl, combine sugar, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, water and cornstarch, mix well. 将糖,蚝油,酱青,水和玉米粉放入碗中拌匀。
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat and stir-fry garlic till fragrant. Add in the mixture and cook till sauce thickens. 镬中用大火烧热油,炒香蒜蓉。倒入备好的酱,煮至酱汁变稠。
Pour sauce over steamed tofu. Garnish with spring onion. 将煮好的酱汁淋在蒸好的豆腐上,撒上葱花。
