[Ingredients] 材料
250g prawns, deveined 虾 250 克,去肠泥
2tbsp goji berries, soaked in water for 5mins 枸杞 2 汤匙,浸泡水中 5 分钟
5 slices ginger, julienned 姜 5 片,切丝
[Others] 其他
1/4tsp salt 盐 1/4 茶匙
Dash of ground white pepper 白胡椒粉,少许
3tbsp shaoxing wine 绍兴酒 3 汤匙
[Steps] 步骤
Arrange prawns on a deep steaming plate. Add salt, pepper and shaoxing wine. Mix well. 将虾排入深蒸碟中。加入盐,胡椒粉和绍兴酒拌匀。
Sprinkle ginger and goji berries over. 撒上姜丝和枸杞。
Place prawns in steamer and steam over high heat for about 6-8mins until they turned red. 将虾放入蒸镬里,用大火蒸 6-8 分钟至虾刚转红。
Remove from steamer. 将虾从蒸镬里取出。
