Steamed Drunken Prawns 蒸醉虾


[Ingredients] 材料

  • 250g prawns, deveined 虾 250 克,去肠泥

  • 2tbsp goji berries, soaked in water for 5mins 枸杞 2 汤匙,浸泡水中 5 分钟

  • 5 slices ginger, julienned 姜 5 片,切丝

[Others] 其他

  • 1/4tsp salt 盐 1/4 茶匙

  • Dash of ground white pepper 白胡椒粉,少许

  • 3tbsp shaoxing wine 绍兴酒 3 汤匙

[Steps] 步骤

  1. Arrange prawns on a deep steaming plate. Add salt, pepper and shaoxing wine. Mix well. 将虾排入深蒸碟中。加入盐,胡椒粉和绍兴酒拌匀。

  2. Sprinkle ginger and goji berries over. 撒上姜丝和枸杞。

  3. Place prawns in steamer and steam over high heat for about 6-8mins until they turned red. 将虾放入蒸镬里,用大火蒸 6-8 分钟至虾刚转红。

  4. Remove from steamer. 将虾从蒸镬里取出。
