Steam Chicken Thigh with Spring Onion and Ginger 姜葱蒸鸡腿


[Ingredients] 材料

  • 2 chicken thigh 鸡腿 2 只

  • 2tsp minced ginger 姜蓉 2 茶匙

  • 2 stalks spring onion 青葱 2 条

[Others] 其他

  • 1/4tsp salt 盐 1/4 茶匙

  • 2tbsp oil 油 2 汤匙

  • 1tbsp light soy sauce 酱青 1 汤匙

[Steps] 步骤

  1. Steam chicken thigh for 15mins or till cooked. Then, chop into serving pieces. 鸡腿蒸 15 分钟或至熟,然后切块。

  2. Separate the white and green parts of the spring onion. Mince the white parts and slice the green parts. 切开葱白与葱叶,葱白切蓉,葱叶切片。

  3. Combine ginger, white parts of spring onion and salt in a bowl. Mix well. 将姜蓉,葱白和盐放入碗中拌匀。

  4. Heat oil and pour into the bowl, then add light soy sauce. Mix well to become a sauce. 烧热油倒入碗中,加入酱青拌匀成酱汁。

  5. Pour sauce over steamed chicken and topped with sliced spring onion. 将酱汁淋在蒸好的鸡肉上,撒上葱叶。
