Combine all items and marinate at least 30mins or overnight. 将所有材料拌匀,搁旁腌至少 30 分钟或隔夜。
Preheat oven 180degC. 预热烤箱 180 度。
Place drumlets on a roasting pan. Roast till chicken skins are golden ad crisp, about 30mins, turning the drumlets halfway through roasting. 将腌好的鸡放在烤盘上,放入烤箱烤约 30 分钟至鸡皮变金黄香脆。烤的途中翻转鸡一次。
