Combine mayonnaise with lemon zest and juice. Set aside. 将美乃滋,柠檬皮屑和柠檬汁放入碗中拌匀,搁旁备用。
Place squids in a shallow and large dish, season with salt and pepper. Add corn starch and coat squids evenly. 将墨鱼放入浅大碗中,加入盐和胡椒调味。倒入玉米粉拌匀,让墨鱼均匀沾上玉米粉。
Heat oil in wok. Deep-fry squid in batched until they are lightly browned, about 3mins. Remove and drain on paper towels. 镬中烧热油,将墨鱼分数次炸至浅黄色(约 3 分钟)。取出,放在厨房纸上沥干油分。
Serve with prepared citrus mayo. 配上备好的酱享用。
