Stir-fried Pumpkin with Basil 九层塔炒南瓜


[Ingredients] 材料

  • 350g pumpkin, cut into 2cm thick slices 南瓜 350 克,切成 2 公分厚片

  • 1.5tbsp dried shrimps 虾米 1.5 汤匙

  • 20-30 thai basil leaves 九层塔叶 20-30 片

[Others] 其他

  • Salt 盐

  • 1tbsp oil 油 1 汤匙

  • 1/2 cup water 水 1/2 杯

[Steps] 步骤

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry dried shrimps until fragrant. 镬中用中大火烧热油,炒香虾米。

  2. Add pumpkin and stir-fry for about 1min. 放入南瓜炒约 1 分钟。

  3. Add water and salt. Cover with a lid. Simmer for 5-10mins or until pumpkin is softened. 加入水和盐,加盖煮 5-10 分钟或至南瓜变软。

  4. Add basil leaves and stir well. Serve hot. 加入九层塔叶拌匀。趁热享用。
