Stir-fried Shimeiji Mushrooms with Carrot 鸿禧菇炒萝卜


[Ingredients] 材料

  • 350g shimeiji mushrooms 鸿禧菇 350 克

  • 1/2 carrot, julienned 萝卜 1/2 条,切丝

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 蒜 3 粒,切蓉

[Others] 其他

  • 1tsp sugar 糖 1 茶匙

  • 2tbsp oyster sauce 好哟 2 汤匙

  • 1tbsp light soy sauce 酱青 1 汤匙

  • 1tbsp oil 油 1 汤匙

[Steps] 步骤

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30secs. 镬中用中大火烧热油,放入蒜茸炒香,约 30 秒。

  2. Add carrot and stir-fry until softened, about 1min. 放入萝卜炒约 1 分钟至软。

  3. Add mushrooms and sugar. Stir-fry until mushrooms turned golden brown, about 2mins. 加入鸿禧菇和糖,炒约 2 分钟至鸿禧菇转金黄色。

  4. Add oyster sauce and light soy sauce. Mix well and serve. 加入蚝油和酱青,拌匀后上碟。
