350g shimeiji mushrooms 鸿禧菇 350 克
1/2 carrot, julienned 萝卜 1/2 条,切丝
3 cloves garlic, minced 蒜 3 粒,切蓉

2tbsp oyster sauce 好哟 2 汤匙
1tbsp light soy sauce 酱青 1 汤匙

[Steps] 步骤
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30secs. 镬中用中大火烧热油,放入蒜茸炒香,约 30 秒。
Add carrot and stir-fry until softened, about 1min. 放入萝卜炒约 1 分钟至软。
Add mushrooms and sugar. Stir-fry until mushrooms turned golden brown, about 2mins. 加入鸿禧菇和糖,炒约 2 分钟至鸿禧菇转金黄色。
Add oyster sauce and light soy sauce. Mix well and serve. 加入蚝油和酱青,拌匀后上碟。
