1tbsp light soy sauce 酱青 1 汤匙
1tbsp sesame oil 麻油 1 汤匙

1/2tsp rice vinegar 米醋 1/2 茶匙
1 cup (250ml) water 水 1 杯(250 毫升)
1 spring onion, chopped 青葱 1 条,切碎
[Steps] 步骤
Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk with a fork. Add in water and whisk again. 把蛋敲入碗中,用叉子打散。倒入水拌匀。
Add salt, light soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper and rice vinegar, mix well. Pour into a deep steaming dish. 放入盐,酱青,麻油,胡椒粉和米醋,拌匀,然后将蛋液倒入深蒸碟里。
Scatter century egg and salted egg yolk around the plate. 撒上皮蛋和咸蛋黄。
Place into boiling steamer. Reduce to medium-low heat, cover with a lid and steam for about 7mins or until egg is set. Garnish with spring onion. 将蒸碟放入水已滚的蒸镬里,转至中小火,盖上镬盖蒸约 7 分钟或至蛋液已凝固。取出,撒上葱花。
