Stir-fried Broccoli with Carrots 西兰花炒萝卜


[Ingredients] 材料

  • 1 small broccoli, 180g, cut into florets 西兰花 1 小棵,180克,切小朵

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced 蒜 2 粒,切蓉

  • 1/2 small carrot, julienned 萝卜 1/2 条,切丝

[Others] 其他

  • 1/4tsp salt 盐 1/4 茶匙

  • 1/4tsp sugar 糖 1/4 茶匙

  • 1tsp light soy sauce 酱青 1 茶匙

  • 1.5tsp corn starch 玉米粉 1.5 茶匙

  • 4tbsp water 水 4 汤匙

  • 2tbsp oil 油 2 汤匙

[Steps] 步骤

  1. Combine salt, sugar and light soy sauce in a bowl. In another bowl, combine corn starch and water. 将盐,糖和酱青放入碗中拌匀。另取一碗,放入玉米粉和水,拌匀。

  2. In a pot, blanch broccoli in boiling water until softened, about 1min. Remove and drain.

西兰花放入一锅沸水中氽烫约 1 分钟至软。取出沥干。

  1. Heat oil in wok, stir-fry garlic over low fire until it turns golden brown. 镬中烧热油,用小火将蒜蓉炒至金黄色。

  2. Switch to high heat. Add in broccoli and carrot, stir-fry for 30secs. 转大火,放入西兰花和萝卜丝炒 30 秒。

  3. Add in soy sauce mix and mix well. Followed by corn starch solution and stir-fry until sauce thickens. 加入酱青混和调味料炒匀,再倒入玉米粉芡汁勾芡。
