Chocolate Tart


[Ingredients]

  • 8 M&S all butter sweet tartlet cases

  • 320g M&S Fairtrade rich chocolate truffle sauce

  • 50g unsalted butter

  • 2tbsp creme fraiche

  • 1tbsp cognac/dark rum

  • Chilled creme fraiche for serving

  • Cocoa powder - for dusting

[Steps]

  1. Put chocolate sauce, butter, creme fraiche and cognac into a heatproof bowl. Place bowl over a pan of simmering water (make sure the base of bowl does not touch the water). Stir until smooth and glossy.

  2. Pour chocolate mixture into tartlet cases. Leave them to cool in the fridge at least 1.5hrs.

  3. Dust cocoa powder over and serve with generous amount of creme fraiche.
