Plain konnyaku jelly (x 3 boxes)
Other required ingredients for jelly mix
Blue gel/paste food colouring
Hosen canned longan (x 1)
Nata de coco cubes (x 1 pkt) – drained
Aloe vera cubes (x 2 pkt) – drained
85ml plastic plain cups (x 40)
Matching cupcake toppers
Place 1 longan, and some nata de coco and aloe vera into each cup.
Prepare jelly mix as instructed. Stir in colouring.
Spoon jelly mix into prepared cups till about 80-90% full. Keep chilled overnight to set.
Decorate with cupcake toppers.
