[Ingredients]
50g unsalted butter + extra for greasing
150g Rice Krispies
2 Crunchie bars - roughly chopped
2 x 100g bag Cadbury Mini Eggs (or similar)
225g marshmallows
2 Curly Wurly bars - roughly chopped
4 x 39g Mars bars - chopped
Flavourless oil (e.g. sunflower, rapeseed)
20cm square baking tin
[Steps]
Grease baking tin and line with plastic wrap.
Place rice krispies in a large mixing bowl, add in half the chopped crunchie bars and half the mini eggs. Set aside.
Place butter, marshmallow, chopped curly wurly and chopped mars bars in a heafproof bowl. Microwave at medium heat at 30secs intervals, stirring each time, until a thick, gloopy, and melted mixture is achieved.
Pour melted mixture into rice krispies mixture and quickly stir. Spoon into prepared tin. Sprinkle remaining chopped crunchie bars and mini eggs over.
Rub hands with a little oil and flatten the mixture into the tin.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2hrs before serving. Slice into 25 squares.
