[Ingredients]
Hong Kong noodles
Poached vegetables (e.g. kailan)
Wanton soup
[Sauce]
1tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp light soy sauce
1/2tbsp dark soy sauce
1tsp sesame oil
[Steps]
Sauce: Mix all items together and microwave for 20secs, stir well.
Wanton: Prepare wantons as instructed. Deep fry half the portion and cooked the remaining half in chicken broth.
Noodles: Cook noodles in boiling water for 45secs and rinse under tap water to remove excess starch. Toss noodles in prepared sauce, probably 1-2tbsp for each serving.
Serve noodles with prepared vegetables, char siu slices, fried wantons and a small bowl of wanton soup with some boiled wantons, garnished with chopped spring onion.
