Honeycomb Cookies


[Ingredients]

  • 300g rice flour

  • 3 eggs

  • 200ml coconut milk

  • 1/4tsp pandan juice

  • 180g sugar

  • 1/2tsp salt

[Steps]

  1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Set aside.

  2. Place beehive mould in heated oil and heat mould until hot.

  3. Remove mould from heat and dip into batter then return it to the hot oil and deep fry until golden brown.

  4. Repeat process until all the batter is used up.
