Pandan Waffle


[Ingredients A]

  • 50g sifted plain flour

  • 70ml water

  • 1/4tsp dry yeast

[Ingredients B]

  • 100g sifted plain flour

  • 2tsp sifted rice flour

  • 1/4tsp baking powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 80ml water

  • 2tsp fresh milk

  • 50ml coconut milk

[Ingredients C]

  • 2tsp sugar

  • 1/3tsp salt

  • 2tsp pandan juice

[Steps]

  1. A: Mix all ingredients together and set aside 1hr to proof.

  2. B: Combine all ingredients together with C. Mix till smooth.

  3. Add in A, mix well and set aside for 30mins.

  4. Heat waffle mould and brush with oil.

  5. Pour in 1tbsp batter and spread evenly into a pancake. Close and heat till golden brown.

  6. Remove from mould and spread on desired filling.
