[Ingredients]
500g grated tapioca
30g wheat starch
80g durian pulp
100ml coconut milk
140g sugar
1/2tsp salt
[Coating]
250g skinless grated coconut
1/3tsp salt
[Steps]
Grease a 7inch baking tin and lined with banana leaves.
Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
Pour mixture into baking tin and steam for 45mins. Remove from heat and let cool.
Mix coconut with salt and steam over high heat for 5mins.
Cut kueh into small pieces and coat them with coconut.
