2 boxes of konnyaku jelly
200ml coconut milk
Food colouring
[Steps]
In 2 seperate saucepans, cook jelly as per instructed on the package, 1 box in each pan.
Divide 1 portion of the jelly into 6 equal portions and add in colouring of red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple respectively into each portion.
Stir in coconut milk for the other portion of jelly and divide into 5 equal portions.
In a large square or rectangular heatproof container (you can also use cups or jelly moulds, it's up to you), pour in the purple jelly. Allow to set - konnyaku jelly is able to set once it cools down and hits room temperature. You may chill it to expedite the process.
Once the purple jelly has set, pour in a portion of the white jelly, allow to set. Continue this process in the following order: purple, white, blue, white, green, white, yellow, white, orange, white, and lastly red.
If the jelly happens to cool down and set way before you use it, just pop them in the microwave and heat for about 2mins and they are ready to be used again.
Chill till required. Serve chilled.
