Yogurt Sorbet

[Ingredients]

  • 200g natural yogurt

  • 100ml whipping cream

  • 15g sugar

[Steps]

  1. Whisk yogurt in a large mixing bowl.

  2. In another mixing bowl, whisk cream and sugar together until ready. Fold into yogurt. Pour mixture into a freeze-proof container and freeze for 40mins to 1hr.

  3. Remove container from freezer and loosen it up using a fork to break up ice crystals. Freeze sorbet and loosen it for another 3 more times.
