[Ingredients]
200g carrot
300ml orange juice
20ml honey
[Steps]
Peel and cut carrot into small pieces.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend into juice.
Pour juice into a rectangular container and freeze.
When sorbet is half frozen, remove from freezer. Using a fork, loosen sorbet to allow air to enter. Return to freezer. Repeat another 2-3 times.
